'Crystalisation' explores the similarities between (emerald) crystals and snowflakes. They both share a hexagonal molecular/atomic structure, which reflects in the formation of the snowflake/crystal. Crystals form from magma when cooled down; Snowflakes form from water in cold environments. This combination provided me with the idea to create a looped animation.
